Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, please e-mail us with an explanation and we will reply with further instructions. We strive for satisfied customers and offer a full refund of your purchase price if contacted within 30 days. If we require your purchase to be shipped back to us, you are responsible for this shipping cost.
